CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our artists’ time, we kindly ask that you review and follow our cancellation policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone on our waitlist. Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service total. A deposit may be required to rebook. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment. This will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to the cancellation fee. Deposits: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
